Madison and Britt are the women bosses behind Smith and Saint. Between the two of them they have two law degrees and an MBA. Britt was an influencer during law school, and that’s how she became famliar with the influencing market. Now they are a talent agency specializing in building social brands. They represent---wait for it---Nastia Liukin--yes--olympic gold medal gymnast. One thing that is so cool about Smith and Saint's success is that they credit it towards their kindness. They show that same kindness to their employees. Get this--they DO NOT WANT their employees working around the clock. As you know if you have ever had a job, most employers want you to work as much as possible, not these ladies. They want you to be energized enough to be productive at work, but to have a life outside of the work grind. They are most proud of building this business together as sisters. They say there is no time like the present and we aren't guaranteed another day so go after your dreams!
